Provide second level support on all respective banking application systems implemented within the organization.
Diagnosis and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents.
Researching, evaluating and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements.
Developing and maintaining problem tracking and resolution.
Developing and maintaining customer service performance requirements.
Ensure the rigorous compliance to IT policies, procedures and practices in the delivery of customer support services.
Technical support to users
Perform any other assignments as advised by the Unit Head to support in achieving the unit’s objectives.
24x7 on call for incident handling.
