Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming tickets or requests from providers and patients through
the ticketing system.
Accurately assign tickets to the appropriate service section (e.g., Chronic, Outpatient,
Inpatient).
Categorize requests into relevant workstreams such as Approvals, Provider Relations
Officer, Exception Cases, or others as required.
Ensure timely assignment of tickets to prevent service delays.
Communicate with Ticket sender to clarify unclear requests.
Track unresolved or urgent tickets in accordance with policy and service-level
agreements (SLAs).
Manage the official unit email account daily and respond promptly to inquiries.
Create sub-tickets for internal departments as needed.
Generate system tickets for approval requests to enable timely processing.
Direct senders to the appropriate communication channel for their requests.
Review and complete missing data or requirements to ensure accurate and efficient
request handling.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree (Healthcare-related field preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
