Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft authentic Arabic dishes, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and presentation standards that honor the cultural heritage.
  • Source high-quality ingredients from local markets, focusing on fresh produce and spices critical for authentic flavor profiles.
  • Plan and execute diverse menus that reflect seasonal availability and customer preferences, showcasing the richness of Arabic cuisine.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, implementing best practices for food storage, preparation, and sanitation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A culinary degree or equivalent certification with a specialization in Arabic cuisine is preferred for authenticity and skill.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, specifically in Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurants.
