Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle Arabic calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
Translate and interpret Arabic ↔ English for business communication.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and internal teams.
Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, shipment updates, and documentation.
Maintain trackers, follow up on pending tasks, and prepare reports.
Provide support in meetings, client discussions, and follow-up activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and clear communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory)
Good English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong customer service and coordination skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and multitask.
Previous experience in shipping/logistics/import-export is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
