Marketing & Communications Analyst Dubai HeadquartersGreenstone is seeking an entrepreneurial, digitally savvy Marketing & Communications Analyst to join our team at our Dubai Headquarters.This is a pivotal role for a high-performing individual who will help shape and execute Greenstone s global marketing and communications strategy as the firm continues to expand across geographies and product verticals. The successful candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer, serving as the go-to contact in a growing function.Key Focus AreasThis role spans four verticals:Brand and Communication Strategy both internal and externalManagement of all communication channels including digital and social mediaContent creation and copywriting for internal and external audiencesPublic Relations strategy and execution covering media, conferences, and awardsCore ResponsibilitiesDevelop, publish, and lead the execution of quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives.Own and maintain Greenstone s corporate brand, website, and LinkedIn presence, including standardization of employee profiles.Craft and manage the firm s corporate communications strategy and all internal communications channels.Lead content marketing programs, conferences & events, and press relations initiatives.Curate, publish, and update sales enablement materials to support Investor Relations and Partner Relations teams.Manage and enhance Investor Engagement programs to understand and strengthen LP relationships.Implement frameworks to measure marketing performance, gather insights, and refine strategies.Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors for website, design, content, and PR activities.Continuously develop knowledge of the alternative investment industry and Greenstone s value proposition.The Right CandidateWe are looking for a candidate who is:Arabic speakerHighly motivated, intelligent, and results-drivenDemonstrates superior academic performance and analytical skillsExperienced in communications, journalism, or marketing (degree in Journalism or Communications preferred)Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentA self-starter with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsKnown for integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethicFamiliar with the GCC region and ideally connected within the PR and marketing community
