Responsible of the end-to-end process of recruitment and executing the manpower plan effectively and efficiently for the National Intake Plan, Direct Hire Staff, Direct Contract Staff and Outsourcing Staff, and internal recruitment for both UAE Nationals and Expats.
Plan the new hires orientation, on-boarding procedures and ensuring their joining formalities are completed to obtain smooth transition.
Liaise with business units and departments to effectively respond to internal queries
Identify sourcing portals and channels such as university career fairs, employment agencies and propose an innovative and cost-effective solution.
Identify potential external candidates through the most suitable available sources
Recruitment of UAE nationals according to the approved Intake Plan
Participates in recruitment campaigns both locally and abroad and assist in planning and coordinating for them
Constant review of agency performance to advise management on the best outsourcing practice and identify new potential outsourcing partners to further benefit the Company
Understand the recruiting trend for service station employees and propose recruitment strategies
