Architect Design Reportage Real Estate

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architectural Concept Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the early stages of design, transforming abstract ideas into compelling visual concepts. You will be responsible for producing innovative conceptual designs, conducting research, and collaborating with the team to develop designs that are not only aesthetically striking but also technically feasible, compliant with regulations, and aligned with our business model.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visualization:

• Produce high-quality conceptual drawings, architectural models, and photorealistic renderings to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Utilize a variety of software to create compelling visual narratives for projects.

Research & Development:

• Conduct ongoing research on materials, innovative construction methods, and current architectural design trends to ensure our concepts are cutting-edge and relevant.
• Research and integrate sustainable design principles and practices into all concepts.

Collaboration & Concept Development:

• Work closely with senior architects, designers, and cross-functional team members to refine, develop, and detail initial design concepts.
• Actively participate in design charrettes and team meetings, contributing creative ideas and solutions.

Presentation & Communication:

• Prepare and present design concepts through compelling presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Clearly articulate design rationale and respond constructively to feedback.

Compliance & Feasibility:

• Ensure all design proposals adhere to project requirements, relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and align with the company's strategic business model.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual design work. Previous experience in a leading architectural firm, particularly in a concept design role, is highly valued.
• Essential: High proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
  Essential: Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

• Skills:
