Architect - Facade Designer Reportage Real Estate

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Facade Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative facade concepts that balance aesthetic vision with technical performance and sustainability. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional with a strong design background and a passion for advancing building envelope technologies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Concept Design & Innovation: Develop and design innovative facade concepts that successfully integrate aesthetic and technical goals.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate closely with structural and MEP engineers to ensure facade systems' performance, integrity, and constructability.
• Research & Development: Research and evaluate new facade technologies, materials, and sustainable design approaches to integrate into projects.
• Visualization & Modeling: Produce high-quality conceptual drawings, 3D models, and renderings to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively to the project team.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior architects, designers, and other team members to refine and develop design concepts from initial stages.
• Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts through compelling visual and verbal presentations.
• Project Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of the concept design within set time frames and project milestones.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all designs adhere to project requirements, relevant building codes, regulations, and the company's business model.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience with facade design and detailing on large-scale, complex projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino.
