Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams.
  • Support authority submissions and approval processes in Dubai.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Membership with the Emirates Society of Engineers is preferred or may be required depending on project scope.
  • Valid UAE residency visa.
  • Ability to register under the company if required.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, project coordination, and execution.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DMCC, DHA, and other authority procedures is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
