Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and budget.
• Develop design concepts, architectural plans, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and zoning laws.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other specialists.
• Oversee project development from concept through construction to completion.
• Use CAD, Revit, and other architectural software for drawings and presentations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure quality control at every stage.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and sustainable design innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed or registered Architect (or in the process).
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or public projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Strong design, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Bonus Skills:

• LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable architecture practices.
• Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.).
