Architect

The Architect will perform all phases of design and architectural work including designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of projects. The main goal is to match the Principal Designer s standards and the client s needs in order to produce functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs. The position may also require interacting with Clients, Suppliers, Construction Teams, Inspectors, and other Architects and Designers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1 -) Work closely with the Principal Designer on conceptualizing and developing designs.
• 2 -) Prepare plans, drawings, material boards, and perspectives based on the concept for the project
• 3 -) Prepare design proposals/contracts for clients and suppliers
• 4 -) Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations, governmental regulations, and environmental impact
• 5 -) Go on site visits to check on the project s status for reporting to the Principal Designer

6 -) Coordinate and liaise with construction teams, site inspectors, client representatives, and other architects/designers
