Job Posting – Architect (Interior & Exterior Design) – Design Department Leader
Ark World Group announces its desire to employ a distinguished female architect to fill the position of Interior and Exterior Design Engineer (Senior Architect / Design Lead) within the work team in the Eastern Province - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading the interior and exterior design department within the company.
- Preparing and developing interior and exterior architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Transforming customer requirements into creative and feasible designs.
- Developing the design identity of projects in line with the company's vision.
- Full supervision of the preparation of executive and design plans.
- Coordination with the implementation, projects and procurement departments to ensure accurate application.
- Monitoring field work to ensure that implementation matches the design in full.
- Managing the design team, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Presenting design proposals to clients and explaining design ideas and solutions.
- Managing design modifications according to customer requirements without compromising design quality.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering (preferably postgraduate studies in design or a similar specialization).
- At least 5 years of experience within the Saudi market.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial and villa projects.
- Full knowledge of the Saudi building code and municipal requirements.
Technical skills:
- Mastering different design styles (Modern, Contemporary, Classic, Neo-Classical, Minimalist, etc.).
- High skill in interior and exterior design and space layout.
- Experience in furniture design and interior space coordination.
- Professional ability to employ lighting, colors, and materials.
- Extensive knowledge of finishing materials in the Saudi market.
- Proficiency in design software:
AutoCAD
Revit / BIM
SketchUp / 3ds Max
Photoshop / Illustrator
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and techniques in architectural design.
Leadership skills:
- The ability to lead an entire design team.
- Managing design projects from concept to delivery.
- Coordination between design and implementation teams to ensure quality implementation.
- Making design decisions and reviewing and approving final works.
Personal skills:
- A leading and creative personality.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to deadlines and quality of delivery.
Additional requirements:
- Having a portfolio of previous work is preferred.
- Experience in contracting or real estate development companies within the Kingdom is preferred.
- Ability to work in the field when needed.
