The Site Supervision Architect will lead on-site architectural activities, ensuring that the project is executed according to design intent, safety standards, and technical specifications. This role requires specialized expertise in the assembly and supervision of steel structural works, including fabrication oversight and complex industrial detailing. Key Responsibilities: • Provide full-time, on-site supervision of all architectural and construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to approved design drawings, specifications, local building codes, and international standards. • Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction matches the approved shop drawings, and material submittals. • Monitor and inspect the quality of workmanship at all stages, especially the fabrication and erection of the structural steel elements, cladding, roofing, and architectural finishes. • Review and approve architectural submissions, including method statements, shop drawings, and specialized material samples for industrial applications. • Act as the primary liaison between the design team, client, and contractors. Lead interdisciplinary meetings to resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems. • Address on-site architectural challenges and RFIs (Requests for Information) promptly to avoid project delays. • Maintain detailed site records, including daily/weekly progress reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and site instruction logs. • Participate in the final inspection, manage the snagging and de-snagging process, and verify the completeness and accuracy of 'As-Built' drawings.
