We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a critical role in the design and development of building projects, from initial planning through completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the architectural process, ensuring that design solutions are practical, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues will be crucial in delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Develop and present project proposals to clients, showcasing comprehensive design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents.
• Supervise the design process, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for project alignment.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage budget constraints and oversee material selection through project phases.
• Engage in sustainable design practices to promote environmental sustainability.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for developing project plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends and new technologies.
• Facilitate the public consultation process for projects requiring stakeholder input.
• Review and approve design changes and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional licensure or certification as an Architect is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural design experience required.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction materials.
• Excellent communication and project management skills are crucial.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
