Architect - Presentation Production Reportage Real Estate

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Visualization & Presentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key player in translating architectural concepts into compelling visual narratives and high-quality presentation materials. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design sensibility, expert technical skills in visualization software, and a passion for collaborative design storytelling.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation: Develop high-quality architectural presentations, diagrams, and visual content for client proposals and internal reviews.
• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Produce photorealistic 3D models, renderings, and animations to effectively communicate design intent and atmosphere.
• Collaborative Design Support: Work closely with design teams to understand and translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling stories and presentations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all presentation materials, from initial concepts to final deliverables, maintain a consistent level of excellence and brand alignment.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with senior architects and designers to refine, develop, and present design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure that all visualizations and designs adhere to project requirements, building codes, and regulations.
• Industry Awareness: Proactively research and implement the latest graphic trends, visualization techniques, and software tools to enhance our design storytelling capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural visualization, presentation design, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Lumion.
  Other relevant visualization software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, Revit) is a strong plus.
• An excellent eye for composition, color theory, typography, and presentation layout.
• Strong design and visualization skills with a proven portfolio.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
