Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client vision and business goals.
  • Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring designs meet project requirements, building codes, and sustainability standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field; a licensed architect is highly preferred.
  • Possesses relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
  • Needs a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
  • Experience in the construction industry, with a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
