Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Architects in preparing tender documents, conducting tender evaluations, and drafting recommendations and contract documentation
- Manage day-to-day contract administration including drafting letters, notices, instructions, and certificates
- Assess variation claims, extension of time submissions, and contractual claims from contractors
- Prepare change requests and variation orders for approval while maintaining accurate project records
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on all contractual and commercial matters
- Attend project meetings, coordination sessions, and progress reviews as required
- Support effective contract control to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in the construction or architectural consultancy industry
- Prior experience supporting healthcare, laboratory, or technically complex projects is preferred
- Proficient in project planning and control tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Strong decision-making capability in risk-based and fast-paced project environments
- Experience working on fast-track projects is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and conflict resolution skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
