Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves both office-based design work and regular on-site follow-up visits, ensuring designs are properly implemented on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp and 3ds Max
- Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site
- Support design development and presentation materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Engineering, Master's is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, MBA is a plus
- Must have relevant experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion rendering.
- Strong understanding of architectural or design engineering principles and practices
- Excellent command of English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Desired Candidate Profile
