Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.

Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy of drawings.

Modify and update drawings based on comments, site requirements, and design changes.

Ensure all drawings comply with local authorities, codes, and standards.

Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings as required.

Participate in project coordination meetings when needed.

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Assist in quantity take-offs and material specifications if required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience as an Architectural Draftsman (UAE experience preferred).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of construction details and materials.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Immediate joiner required.

Desired Candidate Profile
