Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with strong experience in REVIT to join our Architectural design team. The successful candidate will work remotely on a contract basis, full-time 5-days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Dubai time & Dubai national holidays calendar.
Roles & Responsibilities: Interpret sketches, markups, and design notes into detailed technical drawings Develop high-quality, detailed and accurate architectural drawings using Revit Architecture in a timely manner. Follow BIM execution plans and drafting standards and organize files in accordance with department protocols. Maintain consistent availability during working hours for MS-TEAMS calls (in English) with project stakeholders for communication and updates. i.e. Architects, Drafting Coordinators, etc. Perform quality checks of your own work and support in checking other draftsman work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Stay current with the latest drafting and BIM trends, tools, and techniques, and contribute to team improvement initiatives by sharing best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience with Autodesk REVIT Architecture Preferably hold Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Drafting or a related field Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, especially when interpreting design notes, dimensioning, and coordinating with other disciplines. Able to interpret technical requirements, building codes & regulations, specifications, material submittals.
