Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine architectural designs by integrating structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into a cohesive plan that meets client specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities for design optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize advanced modeling software to create detailed 3D renderings and simulations that illustrate design concepts and project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field is essential, with a Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in architectural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project contributions.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a strong advantage, demonstrating technical competency and commitment to the field.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices and familiarity with LEED certification processes to promote environmentally responsible projects.
