Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and review architectural drawings, and construction details for interior fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
  • Conduct site visits to verify conditions and support project execution.
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Prepare material and finish specifications aligned with project requirements.
  • Provide technical solutions to design and site-related challenges.
  • Assist in cost estimation and project planning when required.
  • Review and approve subcontractor drawings and materials for compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or architectural design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/drafting software.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
