Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and technical documents
Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approvals
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and building codes
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams and consultants
Manage project timelines, material specifications, and execution standards
Support project planning, submissions, and approval processes
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors during project execution
Desired Candidate Profile
DM Approved G+4 Architectural Engineer license is mandatory
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant field
Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval procedures
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadline
