Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Propose economic solutions meeting the client/project requirements.

  • To develop timely and cost-effective Architectural/Structural deliverables based on client given

information, specifications.

  • Develop deliverables such as equipment layouts drawings, Architectural Layouts, Structural

Layouts, etc. as per the project’s deliverables list.

  • Preparation of MTO based on drawing details

  • Preparation of Architectural/Structural deliverables in coordination with other disciplines to ensure

clash free installation

  • Make revisions and incorporate/clarify and resolve comments made by clients.

  • 3D model review and coordination

  • Explain the deliverable to construction team and provide construction support as necessary.

  • Attend daily, weekly project meetings if required

  • Any other responsibility as deemed necessary

Desired Candidate Profile

Generic Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office packages – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of Architectural and Structural disciplines. Familiarity with industry standards BS/EN/NFPA
Attitude:

Positive attitude Attention to detail Willing to learn and take challenges

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
