Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary


We are looking for experienced Architectural, Structural, and Landscape Inspectors to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in high-rise buildings, horizontal developments, and villa communities, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities


Architectural Inspector

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and local codes.
  • Verify quality of finishes, materials, and workmanship.
  • Review shop drawings and highlight discrepancies.
  • Prepare inspection reports and coordinate with contractors and consultants for corrective actions.

Structural Inspector


  • Inspect structural works including foundations, columns, slabs, and reinforcement to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Monitor concrete pouring, steel installation, and structural integrity.
  • Review structural shop drawings and method statements.
  • Report non-conformities and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

Landscape Inspector


  • Oversee landscape works including hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and planting.
  • Ensure compliance with approved landscape designs and sustainability standards.
  • Inspect materials and monitor installation quality.
  • Coordinate with landscape contractors and resolve site issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture (as applicable).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8–10 years in inspection roles within a consultancy environment.
    • Proven experience in high-rise, horizontal developments, and villa communities.
  • Certifications: Knowledge of UAE building codes; professional certifications (e.g., ICC, PMP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Ability to manage multiple inspections across large-scale projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and local authority regulations.
