Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, Interior and landscape projects.

  • Prepare accurate drawings, documentation, and schedules from BIM models.

  • Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and other disciplines.

  • Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and UAE regulations.

  • Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.

  • Maintain model integrity and ensure timely project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling (UAE/GCC experience preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory).

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.

  • Knowledge of Dubai Municipality standards is a plus.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
