Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, Interior and landscape projects.
Prepare accurate drawings, documentation, and schedules from BIM models.
Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and other disciplines.
Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and UAE regulations.
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
Maintain model integrity and ensure timely project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality standards is a plus.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
