Architectural Manager Reportage Real Estate

The Architecture Manager will lead and coordinate all architectural aspects of property development projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, regulatory requirements, and market standards. This role involves managing consultants, reviewing designs, overseeing construction documentation, and ensuring compliance while maintaining design excellence.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Design Management & Coordination

• Manage architectural design from concept to construction across all projects.

• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, interior, landscape) for integrated solutions.

• Review design submissions, drawings, and specifications for compliance with vision and standards.

Consultant & Stakeholder Management

• Lead the selection, engagement, and performance management of architectural consultants.

• Collaborate with Development, Commercial, and Construction teams to meet budgets and timelines.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international standards.

• Manage approvals from regulatory bodies (Dubai Municipality, ADM, Trakhees, etc.).

Construction & Quality Oversight

• Conduct site visits to monitor implementation quality and provide design input.

• Review contractor submittals and value engineering proposals.

Strategic & Brand Alignment

• Support the CDO in defining architectural direction, aesthetics, and brand positioning.

• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and sustainability standards (LEED, Estidama).

Documentation & Legal Compliance

• Manage unit layouts for Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs) per regulatory requirements.
