Architectural & Structural Draftsman Sarab Engineering Consultancy

Job Title: Architectural & Structural Draftsman Experience Required: Minimum 5 years – UAE (Dubai) Engineering Consultancy Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees and other local authority standards. Develop concept, schematic, detailed and construction drawings based on design inputs from architects and structural engineers. Prepare and update shop drawings, IFC drawings and as-built drawings as per project requirements. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and alignment of drawings. Review and incorporate client and authority comments into revised drawings promptly. Prepare drawings for authority submissions and ensure compliance with Dubai code requirements. Manage and maintain drawing registers and document control in accordance with company standards. Conduct site coordination and verification as required to ensure drawings match site conditions. Support the engineering team in preparing quantity take-offs, schedules and material specifications from drawings. Ensure all drawings are produced within project timelines and quality standards.
