Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and building codes.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into technical drawings, contributing to the visualization and execution of projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, essential for construction teams.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, and site conditions, maintaining meticulous version control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Associate's degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of design principles.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with a solid grasp of 2D and 3D drafting techniques, essential for creating detailed drawings.
  • Holds a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural or structural drafting, showcasing practical application of skills in real-world projects.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of building codes and construction practices, ensuring drawings comply with regulatory requirements.
