Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and building codes, bringing designs to life.
  • Collaborate with architects and project teams to translate design concepts into technical drawings, facilitating seamless project execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including layouts, elevations, sections, and details, providing a blueprint for builders.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes, maintaining project accuracy and adaptability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as AutoCAD or Revit, showcasing proficiency in design software.
  • Has 2-3 years of experience in architectural drafting, demonstrating practical application of skills.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of building codes and construction practices, ensuring designs meet industry standards.
