Architecture Foreman - Residential Projects

The Architecture Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all architectural works across project sites, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role involves close coordination with technical teams, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to support successful project delivery across all architectural construction phases.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise daily architectural works on-site including blockwork, plastering, masonry, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, and finishing activities.
• Ensure all architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and site teams to ensure proper sequencing and smooth construction progress.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, manpower productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all architectural activities comply with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and report site progress, quality issues, and construction challenges to site engineers or project management.
• Assist in resolving site-related architectural and finishing issues to maintain progress targets.
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, skilled workers, and site crews during construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and approved drawings.
• Support project planning and sequencing of architectural works.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of construction materials.
• Prepare daily site reports and support documentation of architectural progress and quality control records.
• Participate in snagging, de-snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 8 years of experience in architectural works and site supervision within construction projects.
• Previous experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong background in architectural construction activities including masonry, plastering, ceilings, partitions, flooring, and finishing works.
• Experience working with main contractors in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishing standards, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing and site coordination processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and details.
• Strong supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments and manage multiple site activities.
