Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead store openings, closures, and renovations in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, pricing, and availability through regular spot checks.
- Conduct commercial reviews with Store Managers and implement required corrective actions.
- Ensure full implementation of MAF Discount Retail plans, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Oversee all cash-handling processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved across all stores in the assigned region.
- Coordinate with Customer Care to manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Enforce adherence to layout norms, planograms, and product display standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, including 1 4 years as an Area Manager.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and execute the hard discount model effectively.
- Fluent in English with strong commercial awareness and decision-making abilities.
