Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead store openings, closures, and renovations in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, pricing, and availability through regular spot checks.
- Conduct commercial reviews with Store Managers and implement required corrective actions.
- Ensure full implementation of MAF Discount Retail plans, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Oversee all cash-handling processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved across all stores in the assigned region.
- Coordinate with Customer Care to manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Enforce adherence to layout norms, planograms, and product display standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in retail operations, including 1 4 years as an Area Manager.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Ability to drive operational efficiency and execute the hard discount model effectively.
Fluent in English with strong commercial awareness and decision-making abilities.
