Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Direction
Set and lead a cohesive creative vision across all platforms and formats
Guide the development of design systems, templates, and brand applications
Oversee creative briefs and workflows to ensure clarity, timeliness, and alignment with brand strategy
Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the institutional tone of voice
Contribute to strategic planning sessions and campaign rollouts
Mentorship & Team Development
Supervise and mentor in-house designers, interns, and freelance creatives
Provide constructive feedback, training, and professional development opportunities to elevate team performance
Vendor & Quality Oversight
Manage relationships with external vendors including printers, photographers, and illustrators to maintain high
production standards
Conduct quality assurance reviews of all final visual deliverables
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of professional design experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a senior or leadership role
Demonstrated experience in creative agencies (agency background is essential)
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of both digital and print production workflows
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand systems, editorial design, campaign execution, and exhibition graphics
Proven ability to lead design projects from concept through to final delivery
Experience within cultural, educational, or public sector institutions is preferred
