Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Dimensions:

1) Support to asset management with following tasks

- Prepare weekly production report and weekly presentation

- Assist in timely processing of OPCO cash call billing to Company on monthly basis.

- Prepare supporting documents for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) management control on monthly basis.

- Analyse OPCO reports and consolidate monthly actuals & KPIs (Production, CAPEX, OPEX, GHG emissions) for reporting to EXCOM of affiliate and HQ

- Support in preparation of Closure Forecasts (production, CAPEX, OPEX) – CF-02, CF-05, CF-09, CF-11

- Coordinate weekly internal review of Tender Board submissions by OPCO, maintain records & database of submissions with follow-up on the actions requested by Company to OPCO

- Review and summarize OPCO’s Long Term Business Plan along with variances compared to previous Business Plan

- Consolidate technical elements for Companies Long-Term Plan & Budget exercise, along with slides update.

- Support in preparation and maintaining database of Cost cards for Development Projects, Long Term Plan, Annual Reserves Exercise

- Prepare performance (progress, CAPEX – actuals vs plan) reports for projects currently in execution

2) Support to "Asset lead" function

- Maintain a centralized database of all the Asset Lead initiatives /contribution to OPCO

- Assist in preparation of slides for Asset Lead presentations for the Asset Lead performance meeting, Sub committees, TCMs

3) Digital support and data management

- Manage the development of all digital initiatives of the department.

- Be the focal point of the digital management systems used by each OPCO (Citrix, eBoard, TBMS ...)

- Oversee and administer automated processing of daily and monthly production data.

- Analyse the data to create KPI monitoring dashboards using "Power BI" and Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s /Master of Engineering – Chemical, Process, Mechanical

3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, experience in process /production will be beneficial.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- TECHNICAL ENGINEERING BACKGROUND

- ANALYTICAL SKILLS

- COMMUNICATION SKILLS (VERBAL & WRITTEN)

- POWER BI

- MS OFFICE – Advanced level

- FLUENCY (SPEAKING, WRITING, AND READING) ENGLISH.
