Job Location : Dubai
Job Description :
Weekly basis obtain the SOA from the customers & suppliers and tally the books.
Regularize all BPVs on a day wise and update into the ERP (dynamics).
Follow up with storekeeper for inventory reconciliation on a monthly basis for the month end closing purpose.
Reconciliation of various inventory with book and physical balance.
Reconciliation of collection into customer accounts and update the monthly collection area wise.
Maintain of job costing from all factory jobs and ascertain the actual cost of production for each job.
Recording of Fixed assets including tagging of asset as per the CAPEX form in the fixed asset register including the movement of the Fixed asset.
Scrutiny of trial Balance for the purpose of monthly MIS purpose.
Requirements :
North Indian Female Only
2-4 years experience as Assistant Accountant
Bachelors / Masters in Finance
Knowledge of advance excel and ERP Applications preferably Microsoft Dynamics
