Job Description Posting all entries relating to sales, purchases, all payments from POS machine from Stores in Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions and banking requirements.
Posting monthly closing entries.
Preparing stock reports, aging reports, GP analysis reports, etc.
Execution of Letter of Credit, Execution of TR Documents, Preparing Shipping Guarantees etc., and their follow ups.
Preparation and passing of monthly closing entries and Finalization of Accounts as per
IFRS.
Responsible for Working Capital management, Bank reconciliations, Credit Card, Cash
reconciliation, Debtors reconciliation etc.
Coordinate and work with Auditor at the time of Audits.
Team player of Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
VAT preparation and online filing Required:
Bachelor or master's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable international university; Professional qualification (i.e. CFA, ACCA) is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience at a multinational organization. Big 4 training is an advantage; Experience in the Middle East or Fashion industry is a must.
Proficient user of the MS Office package; Experienced in ERP Oracle and other finance reporting tools
Fluent in English is mandatory;Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
Ability to positively influence senior business leaders.
