Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Teach undergraduate courses.
  • Teach graduate-level courses in the Master s and Doctoral programs in Educational Leadership.
  • Advise and mentor Master s and Doctoral students, including supervision of graduation projects, theses and dissertations.
  • Maintain an active agenda of scholarly research and publication in educational leadership and related fields.
  • Pursue external funding through grant writing and research collaborations.
  • Establish interdisciplinary partnerships with other academic units within the College, country, and internationally.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with schools and educational organizations.
  • Contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
  • Provide service to the department, college, university, and the broader educational community.
  • Organize and facilitate professional workshops for university and community stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification

  • Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with the UAE culture and education system is a plus.
