Job Description As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Boutique Manager to run the boutique efficiently, ensuring that each customer who steps into the boutique has a memorable and delightful experience. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the sales and customer service, while also ensuring the boutique is well organized and well stocked. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager and staff to ensure a smooth operation, helping in training and scheduling, maintaining the visual standards of the store, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be crucial in shaping an inviting boutique environment and engaging customers with our brand. Your leadership abilities will also be critical in motivating the team and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our brand values.


Responsibilities
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in all aspects of boutique operations and management.
  • Coordinate daily activities and effectively delegate responsibilities to staff members.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Support the training and development of team members to improve performance and foster growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock within the boutique.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales goals by engaging with customers and suggesting suitable products.
  • Help in maintaining the visual merchandising standards as directed by the Boutique Manager.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage special events and promotional activities in the boutique.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and suggest strategies for store improvement.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analyses for the Boutique Manager to review.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or boutique management.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and merchandising standards.
  • Proficiency in basic financial operations and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
