Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the brand management of products imported and distributed by the organization. The role includes working closely with suppliers, marketing teams, and sales teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively implemented and that products maintain a strong presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Development: Collaborate with suppliers to understand the brand identity of imported products and ensure alignment with the company’s brand strategy.
  2. Brand Integration: Coordinate the integration of imported brands into the company’s product portfolio, ensuring a consistent brand message and image.
  3. Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and serve as the liaison for all brand-related matters.
  4. Market Research: Conduct research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes related to imported brands.
  5. Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities for imported products.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure imported products meet quality standards, branding, packaging requirements, and all certification and compliance needs.
  7. Brand Compliance: Ensure imported products comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to branding, labeling, and product information.
  8. Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and product information needed for effective selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

• Experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the import and distribution industry

• Strong knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies

• Strong analytical and market research skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
