Our cliewnt is a loading FMCG company from the United States. Presently they seek to hire a “Assistant Brand Manager” for their Dubai office. The role reports to the Senior Brand Manager. The objective of the role is to develop Brand strategies and to implement brand action plans. To liaise with distributors and the business team to achieve In-market sales. To stick to the guidelines of Market Spends and marketing plans across channels and region.

Key Accountabilities in:

1. Marketing Communications:
a. Conduct Marketing research
b. Plan and execute Regional Marketing Plan.
c. Handle external marketing agencies for Art working / POSM / Content development
d. Drive Social media campaign with Agencies
e. Work on new product launches/pricing and activate marketing campaigns
f. Track Budgets and ensure Spend process is put in place and followed, managing claims from agencies

2. Distributor Management :
a. Follow up and manage Distributor Claims and ensure prompt Approval and Payment process.
b. Track IMS from all Distributors and prepare Weekly/Monthly reports.
c. Follow-up on Distribution updates on weekly/monthly basis and track progress.

3. Data Management :
a. Compile IMS data from Distributors and prepare Weekly reports
b. Work on AC Nielsen data and prepare Presentations on key findings – Bi monthly
c. Work closely with ASM’s/RSM’s ensuring all S&OP sheets are kept up to date - Monthly
d. Preparing Distributor Scorecards – Monthly

Key Performance Indicators:

• Delivery of Marketing plan; In-market sales, Marketing and Trade Spends Efficiency and Control, Promotion ROI, Share of Shelf / Displays / Features vs. target.
• WD and reach objectives. Distribution targets by Sku.
• Regular reporting and tracking to provide business performance updates
• Retail performance guidelines to distributor sales teams.
• ATL/BTL Visibility of the brand.
• Customer relationships and conversions (Food Service UAE)
• Brand share growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

An ideal candidate should have minimum 1-2 years of experience Marketing and a Post Graduate degree in Marketing or similar.
