JOB PURPOSE

The role focuses on assisting in brand strategy execution, innovation pipeline management, and performance tracking, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of marketing and commercial priorities. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Contribute to shaping and executing the Catagory strategy across both short-term priorities abd long term growth Ambition.
  • Assist in developing and executing brand plans, including innovation launches, relaunches, and communication campaigns.
  • Monitor category, brand, and competitor performance using Epos/Nielsen data, internal dashboards, and shopper insights.
  • Support development of ATL & BTL campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and consumer needs.
  • Work closely with R&D, supply chain, finance, and customer development teams to deliver end-to-end brand projects.
  • Lead day-to-day project management for innovation/renovation pipeline in GCC markets.
  • Track marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI measurement.
  • Contribute to e-commerce and omni-channel growth initiatives.
  • Prepare brand performance reports, share gains, and market insights for internal reviews.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Skills

  • 2 3 years minimum of experience in FMCG brand management, trade marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong financial acumen with end-to-end experience with P&L.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for food brands and consumer insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS tools & Analyzing data & digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
