Job Title: Chocolate Designer / Florist

Location: Abu Dhabi (AUH)
Job Description:
Morsel Chocolates is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Chocolate Designer / Florist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and assembling premium chocolate arrangements and floral-style gift presentations while maintaining high quality and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create chocolate arrangements, gift boxes, hampers, and floral-style displays
Handle chocolates and materials with care to maintain quality and hygiene standards
Customize designs based on customer requests and occasions
Ensure attractive presentation and packaging of all products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assist with inventory handling of chocolates, packaging, and decorative materials
Requirements:
Creativity and good aesthetic sense for design and presentation
Experience in chocolate arrangement, florist work, or gift design is preferred
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and during peak seasons
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with a positive and professional attitude

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Profession Certified Chocolate Designer / Chocolatier Professional Florist / Floral Designer Culinary Arts or Pastry background is an advantage Desired Skills Chocolate Design Expertise in handcrafted chocolates, pralines, truffles, and chocolate decorations Knowledge of tempering techniques, molds, fillings, and flavor pairing Creative chocolate presentation for gifts, events, and custom orders Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards Floristry Skilled in flower arrangement, bouquets, and floral installations Knowledge of flower care, handling, and seasonal availability Ability to design floral pieces for events, gifts, and displays Creative eye for color coordination and styling
