Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. • Conduct site inspections, surveys, and measurements to monitor progress and verify work quality. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow. • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation. • Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental standards. • Assist in reviewing technical drawings and blueprints to identify design conflicts or constructability issues. • Participate in quality assurance and control (QA/QC) checks and assist in resolving technical site challenges. • Collaborate with senior engineers in estimating quantities, cost tracking, and project scheduling.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering . • 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site engineering. • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools. • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: • Basic understanding of surveying instruments (Total Station, Leveling, etc.). • Knowledge of codes, standards and site documentation procedures
