Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer credit applications, financial statements, credit reports, and payment history
- Assist in determining suitable credit limits and terms based on detailed risk assessments
- Monitor credit performance and escalate anomalies or emerging risks
- Support new customer account setup and credit approval processes
- Review AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Coordinate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays
- Recommend appropriate actions on high-risk accounts including holds, collections, or negotiations
- Contribute toward monthly cash collection targets
- Identify credit risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate credit files, documentation, and periodic credit limit reviews
- Prepare regular credit exposure reports, overdue summaries, and collection status updates
- Assist in developing and implementing updated credit policies and procedures
- Support audits by providing necessary credit documents and reconciliations
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support order processing and resolve disputes efficiently

- Understanding of credit scoring, credit insurance, and risk evaluation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
