Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings, ensuring adherence to project briefs and design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects and project teams to refine designs and address technical challenges.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models and renderings, to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility.
- Assist in the selection of materials and finishes, considering both aesthetics and sustainability.
- Coordinate with consultants, such as structural engineers and MEP specialists, to integrate their inputs.
- Manage and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and revisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrates proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Displays excellent design and visualization skills, including 3D modeling and rendering capabilities.
- Has a strong ability to communicate design ideas effectively, both verbally and visually.
- Shows exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibits a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Demonstrates a passion for design and a commitment to creating innovative and sustainable solutions.
