Roles & Responsibilities

As an Assistant English Teacher, you will be the crucial support for our lead teachers, helping to create a fun, energetic, and effective learning environment. You will work directly with small groups of children, practicing conversation, playing educational games, and ensuring every student feels supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering engaging English activities.
  • Practice conversational English with small groups or individual students.
  • Help manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive environment.
  • Use games, songs, and flashcards to reinforce language lessons.
  • Help supervise children during activities and breaks.
  • Provide individual attention to students who need extra help.
