Job Description – Assistant Executive Chef We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Executive Chef to support the overall culinary operations of a leading Trading and Catering Company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management, supervising food preparation, and ensuring consistent quality across all menu items. Key responsibilities include coordinating kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, supporting menu development, monitoring inventory, and assisting in training new team members. The Assistant Executive Chef will also help manage workflow during high-volume service periods, ensuring efficiency, quality, and smooth kitchen operations. This position requires a strong culinary background, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards in all catering operations.
