SHARE JOB Responsibilities: · Leads a group of Engineers, Technicians skilled laborers and Subcontractors. · Deputizes for the Facility Manager and Engineers while on leave. · Assisted by engineers in the comprehensive implementation of all types of FM activities. · Maintains a well-organized maintenance LUCH for all operation and maintenance manuals in clouding As-Built, manuals for systems and equipment, relevant catalogue cuts, etc… · Monitors and operates BMS and CMMS. · Analyzes energy consumption and implements energy saving solutions. · Reports directly to the Facility Superintendent / Project Manager. · Enforces and adopts safety measures among all of his Sub-Ordinates. · Prepares various maintenance activities plans and various FM activities schedules. · Leads a group of operators for the FM of the “Help Desk” and assisted by a Dispatcher. · Issues and records, on a daily basis, Work Orders (CMMS). · Prepares offers in accordance with inquiries. · Supervises urgent matters and complaints concerning deliveries. · Provides support in area of Performance Tool. · Processes various kinds of statistics (eg. Failure-related statistics.) · Is in charge of nuisance related problems, transmission and documentation (Help desk.) · Interrogates Logistic System, on periodic basis, to assure that minimum Stock Inventory Levels of spare parts and consumables is satisfactory. · Ensures that every employee is informed and trained to perform their job in a productive way. Electromechanical. · 15-years proven records of operation and maintenance in a 5-stars hotel or a large residential complex / commercial building. · Excellent knowledge of energy-efficient design and execution of electromechanical systems. · Practical, hands-on experience with systems and equipment · Knowledge in DDC, commissioning and tab. · Adequate exposure to relevant electromechanical and electronic equipment · Energy management / economy and BMS oriented. Knowledge of energy-related metering equipment. · Ability to analyze and compile technical and statistical information and reports with particular regard to energy usage · Fluency in the English language, technical report writing and verbal communications skills are a must, spoken and written. · Leading character and strong personality, goal-oriented management style; able to work with people at all levels. · Ability to motivate people and develop and establish effective working relationships with other employees. · Relevant international experience would be an advantage. · Computer literate (Primavera, Microsoft windows/office, AutoCAD r14, CMMS, etc…) · Capability to working with procedures and as per the highest HSE requirements.
